Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days for instore credit or exchange. No cash refunds. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact us by email at onlineorders@shopgiftenjoy.com to arrange your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
HOLIDAY PURCHASES
Purchases made after Nov.12,2024 have until Jan. 4, 2025 to make any exchanges. Any and all returns at the Ship Hector Store that result in store credit can only be used at the Ship Hector Store. Store Credit from the Ship Hector Store can not be used at Ahead of Hair or Seaside Treasure Trove.
